work

My work sits between product design and software engineering. I take products from an early idea through interface design, system architecture, implementation, deployment, and the repeated work of making them clearer after real use.

Netschool is my primary product: a school-management and communication platform built across web and mobile. It brings together school-wide communication, role-aware experiences for administrators, parents, and students, search, payments, real-time communication, subscriptions, and the infrastructure needed to operate those systems consistently.

The mobile application is built with React Native and Expo. The web experience uses SvelteKit, while the backend is centered on Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and WebSockets. Cloudflare, Railway, Neon, and Upstash support the production infrastructure.

A major part of the Netschool work is architectural rather than visual: reusable components, centralized systems, server-side authorization, and role-aware product behavior replace isolated features and hardcoded interfaces. The same standard extends to release management, domains, DNS, SSL, monitoring, testing tracks, and application distribution.

TuniPay grew from research into Tunisian payment infrastructure. It is an API-oriented product concept for merchant organizations, payment initialization, hosted payment experiences, transaction management, developer documentation, logging, and sandbox environments. The work also reaches beyond software into acquiring, settlement, compliance, banking relationships, and commercial viability.

JoySchool is another education product used to explore public web experiences and production architecture across Cloudflare, Railway, PostgreSQL, custom domains, and API routing.

Across these products, I work on responsive interfaces, APIs, authentication, permissions, real-time systems, payment flows, mobile releases, and cloud infrastructure. I am most interested in the point where all of those concerns become one coherent product instead of a collection of technical parts.
